Handmade Products

Each Little Dolly Lane creation is individually handmade or individually manufactured.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture and finish are normal and are not considered faults.

Product Information

We make every effort to accurately display colours and product details. Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, photography and material batches.

Orders

Please carefully check all personalisation details before completing your order.

Once production has commenced, personalised orders may not be able to be amended or cancelled.

Payment

Full payment is required before production or dispatch of your order.

Shipping

Orders are carefully packaged before dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are outside of our control once your parcel has been lodged with the shipping carrier.

Little Dolly Lane is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and personalised nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number together with photographs of the product.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual Property

All Little Dolly Lane designs, photographs, product descriptions, logos and branding remain the intellectual property of Little Dolly Lane and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

Privacy

Customer information is collected solely for the purpose of processing orders, communicating with customers and meeting our legal obligations.

We respect your privacy and will never sell your personal information to third parties.
